• Security data: login history, account activity, access tokens, suspicious activity signals, abuse reports, entitlement checks, and access-control logs.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways or payment service providers. We may receive and store limited payment metadata such as transaction IDs, billing details, payment status, order amount, currency, invoice data, and refund status.

Zimension does not intend to store full card numbers, CVV, UPI credentials, net-banking passwords, wallet passwords, or other sensitive payment authentication data unless expressly stated at the point of collection.

We process subscription, Z-Coin, premium item, and in-world purchase data to provide digital access, enforce entitlements, prevent fraud, maintain balances, issue invoices, resolve support requests, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

Z-Coins and in-world purchases are digital platform features only. They are not used for gambling, betting, wagering, cash-out gaming, or real-money gaming.

• Provide the editor, world hosting, publishing, asset library, subscriptions, Z-Coins, premium content, and support.
• Process purchases, refunds, invoices, taxes, entitlement checks, and payment-related support.
• Store and deliver uploaded worlds, assets, listings, thumbnails, and related creator content.
• Detect fraud, payment abuse, scraping, unauthorized asset access, security incidents, and Terms violations.
• Improve performance, reliability, product features, user experience, and platform safety.
• Send service messages, policy updates, support replies, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
• Comply with legal obligations, court orders, regulatory requirements, and law enforcement requests.

If you upload or list 3D models, textures, assets, or other digital content, metadata and files may be processed, transformed, optimized, cached, previewed, transmitted, or displayed to provide the platform.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect accounts, personal information, premium content, creator assets, and platform systems. These measures may include encryption, access controls, authentication, monitoring, logging, entitlement checks, and security reviews.

No internet platform can guarantee absolute security. Digital assets such as 3D models, textures, thumbnails, scripts, or media may be targeted by bad actors attempting unauthorized access, scraping, extraction, recording, copying, or reverse engineering despite Zimension's security layer.

You should not upload confidential, trade-secret, unreleased, or irreplaceable assets unless you accept the inherent risk of hosting and displaying digital assets on an online platform.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, host content, support subscriptions and purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and legal requirements.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent for your personal data. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or platform integrity reasons.
