Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, uploading content, purchasing a subscription, buying or using Z-Coins, listing assets, or using any Zimension service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Zimension is a 3D web game creation, hosting, and interactive content platform. The platform enables users to create, edit, play, publish, share, and monetize digital experiences through tools, subscriptions, virtual credits, and digital content access.

Zimension is not a real-money gaming, gambling, betting, wagering, fantasy gaming, lottery, casino, prize-money, or cash-out platform.

Z-Coins, premium items, subscriptions, in-world purchases, and other digital purchases are provided only for access to digital tools, features, content, convenience options, cosmetic items, creator experiences, or platform functionality.

• You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms.
• If you are under the age required by applicable law to use online services independently, you may use Zimension only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or misuse.

Zimension may offer free, premium, enterprise, or other subscription plans. Subscription benefits may include additional tools, storage, publishing options, premium library access, commercial usage permissions, support levels, analytics, or other platform features.

• Subscription features may vary by plan and may change over time.
• Premium access is available only while your subscription is active and paid, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• We may suspend or limit premium access for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud, misuse, policy violations, or legal reasons.
• Cancellation, renewal, billing, and refund handling may depend on the payment provider and the terms shown at checkout.

Z-Coins are virtual credits used only inside the Zimension platform for eligible digital actions, features, premium access, in-world purchases, creator-configured unlocks, or similar platform functionality.

• Z-Coins have no cash value.
• Z-Coins cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged for cash, redeemed for prizes, converted into money, or used for wagering.
• Z-Coins are not cryptocurrency, e-money, securities, stored-value instruments, or financial products.
• In-world purchases are digital access triggers or unlocks. They are not bets, stakes, wagers, prize entries, or real-money gaming transactions.
• We may reverse, suspend, or remove Z-Coins or purchases linked to fraud, chargebacks, technical errors, abuse, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

Premium items, 3D models, templates, textures, characters, scripts, worlds, or other digital content are licensed, not sold, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

• A purchase or unlock grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital item within the permitted Zimension context.
• You may not resell, redistribute, extract, scrape, copy, or repackage premium items outside the permitted platform use.
• Access to premium items may change if content is removed, moderated, discontinued, subject to legal claims, affected by security issues, or no longer supported.

You may upload, create, publish, list, sell, share, or otherwise make available 3D models, textures, videos, images, audio, scripts, worlds, and other materials through the platform. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights you grant to Zimension and other users through your use of the platform.

• You represent that you own or have all rights required to upload, publish, list, license, sell, or share your content.
• You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, contains malware, or is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• You grant Zimension a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, modify for technical compatibility, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, improve, market, and provide the platform.

Zimension uses access controls, platform safeguards, and security layers to protect premium items, creator-listed assets, private projects, and paid digital content. However, no web platform can guarantee that digital assets are impossible to access, copy, capture, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, download, or misuse by bad actors.

If you list, upload, publish, sell, or share your own 3D models, textures, assets, or other content, you do so with the understanding that unauthorized access, extraction, copying, or misuse may occur despite Zimension's security measures.

• Do not upload highly confidential, trade-secret, unreleased, or irreplaceable assets unless you accept this risk.
• Zimension is not responsible for third-party misuse of assets caused by scraping, recording, reverse engineering, user breach, malware, compromised accounts, external tools, or other unauthorized activity outside our reasonable control.
• We may remove, restrict, watermark, disable, or investigate assets if we detect abuse, infringement, security concerns, or policy violations.

You must not:

• Use Zimension for gambling, betting, wagering, cash-out gaming, or real-money gaming.
• Attempt to access premium items, subscriptions, Z-Coins, purchases, or user content without authorization.
• Bypass paywalls, entitlement checks, access controls, DRM-like safeguards, security systems, or usage restrictions.
• Extract, scrape, crawl, download, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute 3D models, textures, assets, code, scripts, or paid content except as expressly permitted.
• Exploit bugs, payment errors, API flaws, client-side weaknesses, or security vulnerabilities.
• Upload malware, harmful scripts, infringing content, illegal content, or misleading assets.
• Interfere with platform operation, accounts, servers, payment systems, analytics, or security features.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, subscription charges, Z-Coin charges, and digital purchase amounts shown at checkout. Prices may change from time to time.

• Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or at Zimension's discretion.
• Digital items, Z-Coins, in-world purchases, and subscription periods already used or consumed may be non-refundable unless required by law.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers and may be subject to their own terms.

Zimension, its logos, platform, software, UI, tools, documentation, brand elements, and official content are owned by Zimension 3D Technologies PVT LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Zimension materials except as permitted by the platform or a written agreement.

We may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access to accounts, worlds, assets, purchases, Z-Coins, or platform features if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, legal risk, infringement, or misuse.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent availability of any asset, absolute security, or that digital assets cannot be copied or misused by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimension will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of digital content value, unauthorized third-party asset extraction, or interruption of services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zimension 3D Technologies PVT LTD, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your listed assets, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform.
